ricordia and silversides

I heard in the lfs it was ok to feed your ricordia and plate coral silvesides?
Is this true and if so how often is acceptable.

plate coral yes . . . ricordia I am not so sure . . .

plate as in fungia sp. yet they will eat them- ricordea may be able to eat chopped ones but moderate to bright light and good water quality is all they need to grow quickly- also if it is a fungia- i would advise you to feed at least weekly for good growth
