all of my fish love thera+A pellets by spectrum these can be purchased small sized (recommended for small fish) these are sinking pellets ( very high in benaficial nutrients the highest i have found as of yet)even shy eaters can pick at these without worries about them going down the drain(oveflows) even inverts eat these
as for flakes good but not as good as above pellets are veggie flakes by omega one these are formulated for marine herbivores and omnivores alike
formula 1 and or reef formula( by ocean nutrition) frozen pack
squid yum yums(frozen pack)
plankton(frozen pack
all frozen foods are soaked and thawed in a cup of water with added garlic extreme and selcon(this will help keep and boost the fishes amune system to help fight off disease and paresites
avoid foods formulated for tropical and fw species as the dietary needs differ greatly foods such as brine ect
Don't discount making your own food too, as in Wilkersons Clownfish book. I've frozen shrimp into a ball and from time-to-time to mix up the regime, grate some over the tank......my two ocellaris love it.
