About all you can do is wait and see.
I would run fresh carbon to absorb anything that might foul your water from the aneomone.
Make sure you have stable conditions, stable water paramiters.
Have a water change ready in case the worst happens, about a 30% water change.
You might also do a small 10% water change just to keep things going well in the tank.
Depending on the severity of the trama to the anemone, definaltly keep an eye on it. Unfortunaly tears in the foot ususally do spell death to the anemone but you never know. Its really hard to give odds on it.
Good luck and keep us posted.

Saw this thread and wanted to ask about my sebae's prognosis. It got stuck in my PH. TIA
The top part with the tentacles got stuck. I turned off the PH and tried to get it to purge and fall out, no luck. Finally cut the basket from the PH gently off it. It never fully purged. Lost some tentacles and has a small chunk missing fron the very edge of the tentacle portion, no injuries to the foot or mouth.
Is the prognosis good or bad here, and it there anything I can do for it?
I am watching it, all the other inverts in my tank seem fine, so I don't think it's dying (at least not yet).
TIA,
Jane

It sound like you are describing the area at the top of the column, between the column and the tenticals is called the Margin (sometimes refered to as stomata I believe).
If you are missing tenticals and part of the margin, quite frankly anthing can happen, but its better than a trama to the colum or pedial area or foot of the anemone.
Unfortunatly sebae's tend to be touchy and just about any trama can send them into decline. About all I can tell you is to continue to watch for improvment. keep an eye on your water paramiters and follow the other advise above.

Thanks Thomas. The stomata would be the mouth, the margin sounds more like where I'm talking.
Even though I moved the PH and put foam in the intake, the sebae tried to commit suicide again during the night. Got it off, a couple more tentacles lost, but no harm to foot or pedicel. I'll watch it. My water params have been great. Got lots of LR, a magnum 350 that I run carbon only in and clean weekly and 3 ph. No shortage of flow in my tank.
I will watch him and see if he gets any better.
