how much did it cost you to build those big Shark tank/ ponds? My father has quite a large back yard and i was considering do such a thing myself. any ideas?

The ponds themselves with ALL materials and some micellaneous labor costs was about $4000
The filtration equipment (some of it specialized) was about $14,000. Keep in mind however that my filtration needs and yours or anyone elses might be much different. You may be able to get away with about $3000-$5000 in filtration equipment.
