Ritteri anemone is spinning and floating around tank

My Ritteri anemone won't stay put! I've had him in the tank for 3 months and he's always been one to move around the tank but he'll stay in one spot for a few weeks then move and now he's literally bouncing around the tank, spinning and doing like barrel rolls. I've recently added a power head to get better water movement which I thought would benefit the anemone with getting rid of waste etc. Could this be the problem? Salinity, chemicals etc are all ok.

Not to make light of the situation but if it is a current issue... lol... can you imagine whats going through the anemone's mind?

My condy did that when I first got him...and then he spewed out a huge amount of waste...I guess it scared the sh*t out of him cause he settle down and hasn't moved since! Yea I say lower the flow a little (if you can), or atleast remove it until he settles..he might get sucked into it.

I have a purple tip anenome doing the same this, it dances lol. No current where mine is at so I know thats not causing it. Only does it once in a while though not all the time.
