What a total nightmare. Even the bizrate link on their website shows that 22% of their customers would never buy from them again. Almost every "rate this company" site has them listed with lots of CC issues. Google and you'll see

Placed an order, they have issues processsing CC's and emailed me several times, I called my CC company and they said there was no problem, after 3 days of trying to get the order processed and getting nowhere, I called and cancelled the order, about an hour later I called my CC company and they had processed the order, THIS WAS AFTER I CANCELLED....Then I called and said "Hey" now that you've finally processed my CC can you please go ahead and ship the order......This is where it gets weird, the guy tells me, YOU CANCELLED THE ORDER SO WE WILL HAVE TO REFUND YOU...There was absolutley no way around this guy, there was no way they were going to ship the order. All he would say is, Sir, you cancelled the order, over and over.
Then I asked about when the refund would be applied to my card and I was told that it could take up to 2 billing cycles, I blew and became crazy at this point. 2 days of screaming and yelling, they had my CC locked up by billing it etc...Then I found out that the items were not in stock and would not have shipped anyway. Then I discovered that they have multiple post about them charging people and then taking forever to refund.

Finally ended up order thru amazon and the camera and lens arrive tomorrow.
