RO auto shut off valve

Hey I just got a RO/di system today.. assuming it came with a auto shutoff valve I did not think to order one.. dooops.. it didnt.. so now its just wasting water into the drain.. anyone ever found one local.. and if so where??? I cant find one at homedepot.. and I really dont want to wait a week for one to come it.. anyway.. let me know if you can help THX ~DAniel

You always will have waste water going down the drain. My ro/di unit you get about 1 gallon of good water to 4 gallons of waste. The shut off is to keep your water container full. Preventing you from turning it off and on every time you want to use it. It works like a float shutoff..Comes in handy though.
