ro/di question

i am filling up some tubs of water from ro/di unit to put in tank on saturday. is it ok to run a garden hose to the input of the unit? would the ro/di unit filter out any bad stuff from faily new garden hose?

Yes it would be just fine. All though if I had hooked one of them weed begone and fertl attachemnts to it I would not try it. As long as you just use it for reg use you should be fine

I have used a hose for almost 1yr now, no ill effects.

Yes, we filter it all out and then add what we need. wish there was a way we could leave the Ca in the water! :thinking:
