RO/Di Units

Does Home Depot carry the RO/Di Unit? What does the Di stand for? So I know what Im looking for when I get there.

yes home depot carries ro units i have 1 but it only will produce about 11 gal. a day and it cost if i remember right about 160.00 check this site you will probably find a much better one as far as production go's here i think di means distilled but not sure :happyfish

RO/DI stands for Reverse Osmosis/De-ionized.
You can find much better RO/Di units for $160. You probably can find one under $100 that is just as productive, if not more.

Do yourself a Huge favor--get a TDS meter when you buy the unit that you are looking for. It measures the impurities in the water. I got one and absolutely love it. They are usually battery operated, I just had to replace the batteries after 10 months. My unit is an Aqua-Safe Systems unit 100gpd 6 stage RO/DI unit that I purchased on an internet auction house for substantially less than anywhere else (even with shipping).
