Ro/di??

Hey everyone I'm looking to start up my 38 gallon reef pretty soon and had a question. Someone told me that I could use distilled water from the store for my tank, and was contemplating if I should do that throughout the life of the tank or should I just go ahead and purchase a RO/DI purifier. Which do you all think would be the better thing to do? Thanks!!

Buy the RO/DI unit. Cheaper and more convienient in the long term. Short term buying RO from a store will work... but do you really want to lug 50+ gallons of water home from a store?
