Ro Filtration

Hi All,
I understand RO Filtration and what it accomplishes, I'm just trying to figure out when it happens?
Is this a process that is accomplished during the "salt mixing stage" and prior to mixing the salt, and then adding the mixture to the tank?

yes you make the ro water first then you add your salt mix and aerate for about 24-48 hrs.
