RO water changes

Hi, if I put ro water in my tank can I make water changes with ro water also.

yeah its reccomended to use ro water for everything concerning your tank. just make sure that salt is mixed in with the ro water. the way you worded it made me feel like you didint know. good luck. what size tank?

Hi, I have a 46 gallon bow. Do I add the salt to the water when the water is already in the tank or do I add the salt to the water before I add the water to the tank in a different place? I'm not sure. Thanks.

NEVER mix the salt in your tank. Buy a new bucket and use it to mix your salt. Let your salt mix for at least 24 hours and then you can put it in your tank. Try and use some short of pump in the bucket to move the water around.

thanks, but can i at least mix the salt with water in the tank when none of the fish are in there?

Yeah use RO/DI water for all your water changes......As long as you have nothing in your tank you can mix your fresh batch of saltwater in there......Why doing a water change if you don't have anything in the tank?
