never ever buy the GE - GXRM10G! Sure it is good to have ro water but get a set-up that you can get water from! This system does tell you how to install it, but then stops. I have spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they cant help yet. The brand new system has NO water in it at all right now, and the membrane is still in the plastic bag it came in.. WTF do I do next? The instructions stop and the guy from customer service is "supposed to" call me back.. when he finds the answer! This is pathetic. They create a product to sell to residential customers and do not tell you how to fully install it! Should there be water in any of the containers prior to initial startup? PLEASE HELP! My tank is waiting for water!
