Roaming Room

I currently have an 80 gallon tank with the following:
1 clown
1 yellow tang
1 neon damsel (mostly for sentimental reason)
1 fire fish
1 hawkfish (long nose thing red & white, looks like red checks)
1 chocolate chip star
2 brittle stars
2 peppermint shrimp
1 coral banded shrimp
lots of snails
3 fighting conchs
my question is would a Pipefish and a Hippo tang do well in the tank? How much room would each need?
Thanks

Neither of those would do well in your setup.
Depending on the type of clown you may try adding another clown.
Also maybe a couple of smaller type fish, such as sixline wrasse, bottom dwelling goby, and than call it done.

IMO, pipefishes should be kept in a small species tank. They usually require live food, and they are very shy feeders, as well. Just think of them as seahorses (They have pretty much the same requirements.). Wait! You're not referring to trumpetfish by any chance, are you? Hippo is usually not recommended for anything less than 100g, but if you plan to upgrade to a bigger tank soon, you can get him.
