ROCK BEAUITY SICK:(

i just recived my order from swf.com and am verry pleased the the rockbeauity and heniochus have ick but i lowerd the salinity to 1.019 and its slowly going away i also started mixing food with garlick but uts the fungus from his battle with the pygmy churub angel that has me worried its coverd hid wound and spread to the fin causung fin rot i donot have a quarinteen tank and dont want to indanger my inverts what can i do please help has been 3 days and isnt getting better he is still swiming good but wont eat the food im soaking in garlick ty in advance <img src="graemlins//confused.gif" border="0" alt="[confused]" />

Cherub Angelfish may feelin' being threatening with invert present in tank. ( He is new in tank?)
I dont think you have anything to worry with invert being sick. For the weak fishes Yes they do feel threatening with invert bein present in tank or it become their (very expensive) diner. IMO
Rocky Beauty is a beautiful however I never have any luck with this. (That was 20 years ago in 29 gallon tank with dead corals around it) I believe things could be reverse with LR/LS and better filtration system than it was in 20 yrs ago.

for the hospital tank is easy, u just have to buy a 10 gallons tank which only cost 9 bucks, and a heater 10 bucks, and filter around 15 bucks or so. so is not that expansive to set up a hospital tank.
by the way, if u doing the hyposalinity in your display tank with the invert, those invert might die.
u just have to put the one with fungus in the 10 gallons tank and put maracyn II(saltwater), which i seen terry B (shark from disease forum) suggest alot.
he is not eating or just not eating the garlic soaked food?

he is not eating at all except for picking at the rocks the ich is allmost gone so ill bring the salinity back up tomorrow the fungus is getting worse and his fin is allmost gone so im going to get a tank and pull him thank you for the advice

i allready started bringing levels back up because choc chip starfish was loosing a leg, arm ?? but i didnot know they fell off to reproduce ive never had it come back befor thnks for the advice
