Rock safe for SW

My LFS has several different types of base rock available. Which of these, if any, would be safe in a SW aquarium?
1) Lace rock (LFS said ok)
2) Lava Rock (LFS said ok)
3) Glass stone (LFS said ok)
4) white rock - LFS wasn't sure what it was, looks like limestone
If any of these are safe they would be a lot cheaper than all LR, $2/lb vs $6/lb.

I've heard other people mention the lace rock. My LFS has a couple very nice pieces that would look absolutely awesome in my tank.
Anyone have any opinions on the lava rock and glass stone?

Curious, why no lava rock? I've heard that too, but never a reason.

I dont have a reason..THAT IS WHAT EVERYONE SEAYS.. and I would go by their reasons..Lol

Lots of rock yards will sell Lace rock ( also called Mecican bowl rock ) for about 1.00 a pound.
