Rocks Or Light

Well I was just wondering I have a small 24" pc light for a 55 gallon tank. Would I be able to buy more rocks without worrying about anything and I can upgrade the lights later OOORRRR do I need to buy the lights and let the rocks wait. Have currently around 10 pounds of dead rock and 15 pounds of live rock and its going to be only a FOWLER.
Any help is appreciated thanks

You don't need lights to cycle your tank or cure your rocks. The lights you have will be fine for a FOWLR until you upgrade.
So get the rock first. I have 70lbs in my 55g
Note that if you plan on getting an Anemone, you need better lights.
