rocks are brown now hmm what cause this i have tap water in now but every other day i put a gallon of r/0 water

Probably diatom algae. It will eventually go away on its own. Probably cuz you used tap water. I had the same issue. I will NEVER use tap water again.

well is diaton algae good or bad and does any slug can eat it away and how i do i get good algae

Just keep on doing what your doing. It will eventually go away and the green algae will fill in. It took mine about 2 months. :happyfish
