Rodi

I recently purchased some RODI water from a local provider and I am curious if it needs to be dechlorinated. It says right on the jug, purified by means of reverse osmosis de-ionizer.
I've never used RODI water from the jug.

No, the first few prefilters (carbon) before the RO membrane will remove chlorine. The minute (if any) amount left will be taken out my the RO membrane. However, too much chlorine (old prefilters, not enough, etc) will ruin a RO membrane very quickly. I suspect however, whoever makes the water knows what they're doing.
