Yes, but in limited quantity. The darker the lettuce, the more nutrients, the better. I would still focus mainly on feeding a variety of nori and some carnivorous foods.

Ok very good thank you. I do nori,frozen, and pellet now. I was just looking to add a bit more variety

Adding to Snake's comment, spinach is a better choice than romaine, as lettuce has a higher water content and fewer nutrients. Also, it helps the fish digest it if you blanch it quickly before feeding it out...just "wilt" it a bit.
