Rookie Light Question

I have a stock 14g BioCube. When I post questions about my tank what should I say about the lighting?
It has "daylight" / white lights listed has 10,000 and 24 watts.
It also has "night lights" (anitic?) listed as 24 watts.
Is this a PC combo (a term I've read on this site, and I'm not talking about "politically correct")?
To summarize, do I list 24 or 48 watts, is it PC, what does PC stand for?
As always thanks in advance for your help,
Chris

You would list this as 48W PC..This would be your total wattage, and the fact that they are Power Compact bulbs

Just a reminder, do not consider you actinics as "night" lights, as you will run them along with the white..I do actinics 1hour before the white..then white and actincs for 6or7hours, then just the actinics for one more hour..HOpe this helps..

I've been running them like you but at 2 hours, 8 hours, 2 hours.
Thanks for your help Watson!
