ok so ive had a rose bubble in my nano for a while maybe 3 months now. i got it for a really good deal at a lfs 25 ussually 75 mainly because they were all very small so i picked the best looking one out of them all got it home and in my tank. it has about doubled in size. my poor true perc was being teased for 3 months and now he can finally get in it. y question is ever since ive brought it home its been bubble less. the tenticles are long and slightly bulged but nothing like my gbta that i used to have. my lights are 32 watt pc on a 7 gallon so its plenty of light and i just replaced them. are the tenticles ellonated because its hungry? i thought i heard that some were. please help me

Nobody knows for sure why some BTAs have the bubbled tips and some do not. I've noticed that ever since I've had my halide lights my RBTA has bubbled tips a lot more often, nearly always now.
32 watts PC is waaaay too little light for a BTA. Even 130 watts on a 7g is too little IMO. Also, 7g tank isn't big enough for anemones because the water chemistry fluctuates too much in such small tanks. Anemones need very stable water parameters to survive. I'd recommend you return the anemone until you've upgraded tanks and lighting.

I completely agree with what ViPeR said, that amount of wattage is going to be nothing but a death sentence for that anemone in the long run. Anemones at least need to be kept in a 29/30 gallon tank minimum.

What is the difference in a BTA and a RBTA and can I get one that a clown would host in a 30 gallon with 130 watts PC lighting

I saw on another forum that said when it bubbles up like that it has to much light hitting its foot and thats how it protects its foot/base. Just what I read.

BTA is used to describe a green or brown bubble tip anemone. RBTA stands for rose bubble tip anemone.
