I currently use RowaPhos and I think it's amazing... It's help a ton with getting rid of my phosphates and has lowered the film algae that appears on the glass tremendously.. As for the other product never used it and I don't know anyone else that has... I'm guessing they do the same thing so either one would prolly work the same.
