Royal Gramma w/finrot

My royal gramma has finrot.
What do I do. I have a QT set up because I plan on getting a Cherub angelfish.
How do I catch the Royal Gramma without destroying my tank. I just redid the whole rockwork and added more sand. and don't want to have to ruin it. It is the only fish with finrot, the rest are all healthy.
I read that it a side effect is they don't eat much but this fish will eat till it drops. Is it really serious. Will it go away on its own.
Slinity 1.022
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0
pH 8.2
Temp. 73
46 g tank w/ corals
The other fish are pajama cardinal, firefish, watchman goby.

Is it fin rot, or aggression? Fin rot looks frayed, with stingy fin tissue trailing off the fin. Aggression will look like nice precise cuts of fin have been chomped/nipped off.
Do you notice any irregular breathing? How long have you had the fish? When did you notice this problem, and is it getting worse? What fins are effected?
There is no way to get a fish out a reef tank wo a good deal of trouble to the reef. Since the fish is eating, I would suggest that you offer it garlic soaked food, and, if you can find it, Zoecon supplement--also soak in food. What type of food are feeding the fish?

I feed brine shrimp, chopped frozen krill, spirula flakes, and I have seaweed selects green algae but they don't care for it
. No it is not aggression, although I think there are signs of aggresion on the tailfin. the "finrot" is mostly the ends of the dorsal and anal fins. It isn't frayed it looks like it was rudely chopped of with a the yellow part of the fin orange and lumpy?, I guess you would say. I can't think of a better way to describe it.
The other fish have absolutely no signs of it.
This fish is usually in the darker areas or the less visible areas of the rocks. It comes out but usually when no one is around. About a week ago I noticed it and I it was agression but today I noticed it did not look like agression.
The fish itself when out is agressive sometimes.
Thanks.

Sounds to me like you are dealing with aggression. The fins can get infected as a result of being chewed up on by other fish.
There's not much you can do, except remove the fish. You can place him in the QT and see if the fins start regenerating on their own. If the problem is simply aggression, you will start to see fin regeneration within 24-48 hrs. If there is an infection, there will won't be improvement, in which case, you will need to treat the problem with antibiotics.

Maracyn2 for SW fish, double dose for 5-7 days. Do a water change, and/or carbon filtration for a couple of hrs, just before each redose.
