Royal Gramma with white eyes

I hav a royal gramma that I had had for a long time. He has cloudy eyes and now he is starting to get these white whisker looking things around his mouth and eyes. I have a feeling he is on the way out. Can anyone tell me what this disease could be? None of my other fish are sick, and my readings are all good. Thanks

What are your water readings in that tank, and how are the other fish doing? Sounds like he might have an infection.

Have you checked your ammonia? Nitrates? This would help a lot...
