royal gramma

I caught my royal gramma rubbing itself on the rocks tonight and upon closer inspection it looks like its skin in a few places is bubbling up. I am going to get a QT tank now. Hopefully someone can tell me what to do when I get back.

Hi:
can you give us more details on whats going on. Your tank set-up, water paramters, how long this fish has been in the tank, tankmates, and a better description of the problem.
What exactly is bubbling up? Do you notice reddness, scales missing, scales lifting? any white patches, any growths?
Can you catch this fish? it might be time to conside antibiotic treatment, but we have to first figure out whats goin on

Tank parameters are as follows
Ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 10
ph 8.2
salinity 1.024
It looks like a water blister would on your hand. Kind of like the very top layer of skin is blistering off in 3 different places on its left side. I think i can catch the fish but am not sure. It will require some work. Fish has been in tank for 1 week.
I was thinking marycin 2 for treatment. Any thoughts??

Its been in the tank a week and I noticed it two days ago.
Not to be a smartass but how does that help diagnose whats wrong with it?
