A 75 gal is not 6ft. so kinda small for tangs. I would keep the YT since you already have it, but don't add any more. You will be looking for a new home eventually for the YT as it is.

from a 75??
the tank is roughl 5.5 feet i heard tht a kole dosent need as much room i think its bogus but who knows.
i thought tht if i were to put both of them into the tank at the same time.... 2 tangs would be alright?!
ihmm what are your thoughs.. are there any tangs that dotn get AS big as say a sailfin..
btw i saw the BIGGEST sailfin in the lfs today wow what a beauty.
. he must of been the size of a medium dinner plate :cheer: . they have a sailfin and a hippo and not an odd number?
i would love to have a kole and a ty but if i am going to riddiucled by everyone because they know that they will get ick tell me cus i dont like ick... but is there anything to do
my lfs doesnt have anything over 75 the only ones they have are extremely expensive.. like 1100
but i want a kole and my yt and hate to bring fish back cus it says wow i made a mistake.

you could get a used aquarium for a lot cheaper. a kole could possibly fit in a 75g. check out the zebrasoma genus they will be the smallest tangs in general.

Ok, not the tang police here,i had a YT in a 4ft, 75 with no other tangs, and he was fine for a yr, but he looked cramped after he grew some. 2 tangs need at least 125 gal tank! I wouldn't push it, ich is nasty, and to try 2 is asking for trouble.

I know you are thinking blennies aren't the best looking fish, but you are a tank watcher, and watching blennies is very entertaining. If you really don;t want a blenny, then go with maybe some nice looking fairy wrasse, I am partial; to being entertained, rather then what just looks nice, I have 2 nice looking wrasses, but watch my blennies much more.or you can go with both, you have the room if you aren't going with another tang (wise move not to, very mature decision btw) My jawfish is a fun fish also.

I would forget the butterfly, I had a 6 line, he ate my pods, and chased my shrimp leaving less pods for my scooter and mandrin prefer the fairy wrasses myself. But its your tank. I have a flame angel, he doesn't touch my corals.
