Rusty angel

Is a rusty angel reef safe. I haven't heard much about these on this board. I've thought of eighter getting a rusty, lemonpeel or a coral beauty. I had a beautiful coral beauty for a year in my 45g but it became blind and starved to death. I may try one again but wanted some info on the others mentioned.

A rusty angel I have heard may pick at some smaller polyps. I had a potters angel in my reef for about a year, he didn't pick on any of my corals. I guess it depends on the fish. Not much help huh....

Bob,
I have a Rusty - it does not pick at any corals as of yet - had it for about 7-8 months .... still not much help huh ?
Personally I think the coral beauty is a much nicer looking fish - my rusty is not too bright

Personal experience..I got a coral beauty about 4yrs ago. My reef was horrible (still needed to learn alot) I could not keep nitrates down under 60, had lots of hair algae. This coral beauty survived that, lived for 3 yrs in that environment. I moved to a new house last year, the fish lived in the "rock table" at my lfs for 8 months. She is now safe and sound in the new "reef" seems like part of the family.
I vote for the coral beauty!!

I probably will get a coral beauty because i know about them first hand and they are very pretty. I just wanted to keep my options open, i'm alwys willing to try new things that have worked for others. :) Anyone successfully kept lemonpeels in a reef?
