RyeBread I Need Help

RyeBread-
I have a Canon A70 Powershot. I have taken a few pictures but can't get them small enough to be accepted. How do I go about compressing them more? I am using Photo Impression to open up the pictures. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you can find an image size option in the software.........try to size the photo to about 3" x 4" or 2" x 3" and set the resolution or dpi to anywhere from 72 to 125.
I don't know that particular software and I am not sure how it is set up.
