Do you know of any video cameras that have digital photo capabilities?

There are lots of Video Cameras with photo capabilities but, there aren't any good ones yet. 
The problems that you will encounter with trying to get the best of both worlds is that video cameras are not designed to take in the amount of light that a film/digital camera needs.
They are starting to make video cameras with 1, 1.3, 1.5, even talk of a 2 megapixel sensor for shooting pics with...........the pics still stink. I own a Mini-DV Camcorder from Canon the shoots pics at 1.3 megapixels and the still shots look like crud........some people may disagree and say that the quality is okay but, I am not one of those people.
Best option for right now is actually Digital cameras that can take movie clips.......most of them are not great but, there are a few cameras out there that can take VGA quality movies that look very decent on a computer screen.
The best of both worlds is not here.......yet.
