?s about lighting

I recently bought a sebea anemone. I know he needs special lighting (have a 55 gallon tank) and I need to know what I need for him. Im not having much help in my research.
If possible, I would rather not purchase MH since they are "pricy" and so hot! I would like to stick to a VHO or compact if possible.

I've heard you need at least VHO I have 4 on my 55

3x110 watt VHOs would be ok, and 4x110 would be even better. If that's too much, I'd suggest you return the sebae and get a lower light anemone like a BTA, 2x110 watt VHOs would be enough for those IMO.
