saddleback clowns

i have a saddleback who is decent size and he hosts his LTA from day one.. about 3 weeks later i added another saddleback clown but he was a little smaller(i thought he was bigger but was wrong) the bigger one now wont let the smaller one in the anenome and he chases him around constantly.. will this stop or will he eventually kill him?
i dont want to catch the ibgger one and take him out for awhile but is this the only option so he is less aggressive and territoriall?

it's a good thing that your new one is smaller. the larger one should lay off after a day, two, maybe as long as a week.
here's the story of my gsm's pairing up to give you an idea. for a while there, i wondered if they'd ever pair up.
