Saddleback or False Perc ?

Ok so i bought this fish the other day, sold to me as a black false perc. Now i bought another one, two days later and put them in the same tank. They both are getting along extremely well but one appears to be different shape then the other and the top fin is always laid down whereas the other ones fin is always protruded. So i was wondering if they made a mistake and sold me a saddleback. I called em and they said they are all false percs. Can anyone tell with this photo ? I know its kind of bad.

Looks like a nice Black and White Ocellaris to me. A Saddleback rarely has a full second bar and nearly never a full tail bar.

Thanks Dogstar for the quick response :) I greatly appreciate it. I feel much better now then. I guess maybe some of them just look a little different than others.

Ditto to dogstar. Every saddleback I've seen has been yellow, not orange, coloring on the face/pelvic (side) fins.
As far as the dorsal fins go, don't worry. Some days its up, some days its down. I'm sure someone on here can tell us why.
And definitely cool to go with the 'mixed coloring' pair. Something I've thought about doing with my new nano, but I haven't been able to find a small enough B&W ocel.

Well they are supposed to both actually be Black and White Oscellaris so i dont know what you really meant by mixed coloring pair gmann1139 but thanks for everyones insight :) I am happy to know that they are both b/w oscellaris. I was getting quite worried one was a saddleback and that they wouldnt get along or something. And yeah they are only in a 10 gallon long for now but in week or two i should upgrade it to a 28 bowfront i think.

Your picture shows an O&W ocellaris and a B&W ocellaris. I assume that was the two you'd mentioned buying. Or is there a 2nd B&W involved?
