I was wondering if anybody out there has one of these? If so, how is it doing? I am interested in getting one, and have read up on them, but i wanted to get somebodys point of view first,

I'm pretty sure you are talking about a Valentini puffer. If so, then yes, I do have one. I really enjoy him and he has never bothered anything else in my tank (fish, hermits, snail, coral banded shrimp). That said, I should warn you that others have said that they may not be reef safe and that inverts tend to be tasty snacks for them Perhaps I just got a sweet one

What other fish do you have it with? How long have you had yours for? How much should i pay for one? THanks

I have had him for at least a year and also have a maroon clown, yellow tang, hippo tang, coral beauty, yellow tail damsel and a 3 stripe damsel. I don't remember exactly what I paid for him, but I doubt that it was much more than ~$20, probably less than that. HTH
