Safest way to remove flat worm from clam?

Can i use reef dip? Or keep him in the tank that's being treated with FlatWorm exit? I plan on setting up a QT for the livestock, but I want to remove the worms on his outer shell. Thanks for the help!

do a freshwater dip with the same temp for 1 minute.

I assume like a fish, it will stun the clam for a little bit after it's placed back into the aquarium? My plan is to move him and my corals into QT after being dipped for worms and pests. While the display is being treated with Flatworm Exit.

He got treated with Flatworm Exit.. Did not even phase him or the other corals.
