salfin with red spots?...ick?

I have my salfin in qt. It has been 2 days now. She now has small red dots on her. Is this ick? I have heard that a fresh water dip is good for ick....what do you all think? Please let me know your thoughts.

Ich will appear as white salt like sprinkles on the fish. Where are the red spots and how large are they? What are your water parameters in your Q tank? Do not give the fish a fresh water dip until you know what you're dealing with. Please describe the symptoms in as much detail as possible.

look through this here it could be a bacterial infection, but yeah, get all the stuff nicetry said (water params and stuff) good luck :happyfish
