Salifert Test Kit Problem

I have a problem with my Salifert test kits. The test reading strip that they sent me doesn't read right. For Amonia that chart reads <0.25, 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, >2 What is wrong? Isn't Amonia supposed to be at 0? Please HELP!!!!:help:

0 ammonia on a Salifert test means there is no yellow tinge to the test tube, it is cloudy but not yellow.
