Salifert users, I need help!

Just bought the salifert tests. I was using the Red sea marine kit. I ran a series of tests tonight using both Salifert and Red Sea. Suprisingly, they gave very similar results. I wanted some help reading my results of the ammonia test from salifert. The resulting water in the test tube looked cloudy, there was no yellow color to it just cloudy. So where does this put me on the ammonia scale? When your ammonia tests 0 is your water in the test tube completely clear? or is it cloudy? Thanks!

Its cloudy. Which is 0.

i`m new at this to,my tank is still cycling and i use saliferts, myself i call cloudy 0, since my trites are almost down to 0 as well.... but "don`t" take my word on that, not to sure myself...

I use salifert for my ammonia test and my test results are the same. Cloudy white = 0. Be concerned if it starts to have yellow tint to it. This is what I am told and I have not had any issues.

I test all my water with Salifert and they are great!

I use Read Sea and my LFS uses Salifert and we always get the same readings and the Red Sea is much easier to test with. I dont like Alk test in the Red Sea though.
I am not saying Red Sea is beteer or anything but I have been happy with it.

Well the red sea test read .25 and the salifert was just white cloudy which would indicate 0 I guess? I don't know I am so confused!!!!!! I know I still have nitites and nitates for sure. Will water changes eventually neutralize that?
