just take out like a little bit of water from the tank and replace it with fresh non salted water to get it where you want it. you could just drop it in though if your cycling.
How high is it?
Many say you should have the specific gravity at 1.021-1.024, but IMO this is low. I prefer and suggest (esp with invertebrates 1.025-1.026). So how "high" is it? It may not be a problem at all....
