They allow reefers to fill up free of charge. Same water they pump into their displays. Take a truck load of 5gal bottles, fill them, repeat.
ps... I think they require a permit if you want more than 3000 gallons at a time.

I mix Oceanic and Instant Ocean...Works for me...

Oceanic...I have been having really good results with it..I use to use Instant ocean and my SPS never seem to keep color when i used it.
