Hello everyone, I am using RO water and I'm using instant ocean salt mix. My question is does it matter which salt mix to use? My calcium is a little low should Igo with another brand to get the calcium up? thanks for your help.

If you have low calcium from the freshly mixed RO water and salt then I would switch brands. However, if the calcium levels in the fresh mix are OK I would look for why levels are low in the DT...Lots of 'hard corals/inverts' are using the calcium. Ionic imbalance problem (pH/alkalinity levels)?
The best salt mix can be widely debated.
If all is OK in your tank and agedquate calcium is detected in the freshly made salt water mix you may just want to get a calcium supplement or do more frequent water changes.
Just one person's opinion

IO can be low in calcium, I fought it when I used it the last bucket I bought only had about 300ppm on the fresh mixed saltwater, I would definetly switch to at least reef crystals if not another brand.
