salt per gallon

HOw much salt should u put per gallon of water?? I need to fill up my ro water and i was wondering if i should put salt in my 5 gallon jugs before i fill dem up?? THanks

it will be about 1/2 cup of salt for 1 gallon of water. you should mix it up and check it to make sure though.

Also it shouldsay that on the container of salt (1/2 cup per gallon of water)
