What is the max on salt tin the aquarium before the snaols die? I had bought several snails, already had some also, the new ones have dissappeared and the old ones are still there. Checked the salt and it seemed to be pretty high, lowered it down but still no snails. If the new ones died from the high salt content, would not the others die also?

If only the new snails died, it was probably a result of improper acclimation. Rapid changes in salinity can also kill.

If they are turbo's they can easily fall and land on their tops. Which means shortly after they will die.

I believe they were cerith or something like that. They had been in there for a week, yesterday is when I noticed that they were noton the walls, don't see any on the rocks either. They were there the other day though.
