deee salt in my tank for a 45 gallon is on 1019 from wat mi LFS said it was good nd if u make it lower it b better i really dnt trust him should i take his advice

your salt is low, it should be around 1.023-1.025 IMO. Im not sure what the level is, but if you salinity is too low your inverts will die.

For fish only it is fine and can be lower. if you have a reef it should be higher.

Some LFSs have lower sg to help fight off ich. For a fo tank 1.019 is fine
