Saltwate Worms ???

I have a worm living in my live rock ? Yarn thickness and the color is Black & Tan and has a mouth like the worms in the movie tremmors.

Do peanut worms move in a reaaaaally weird way where it looks as if they are actually flowing outwards from within themselves?

This peanut worm in my tank is by far the most revolting thing that my skin has had the misfortune to crawl due to. I hate it lol.
Are peanut worms harmless? What if they are about 6" long?
