Saltwater digital camera???

hey, i was thinking about buying a digital camera, but then the thought came to me, what if there are underwater digital cameras??? If any of you have them, what is a good brand i can use, and what are some good digital cameras around the price range of $200?

I know that canon markets an underwater housing for their powershot line, in particular the S series, as well as the digital elph's . . . unfortunately the housing itself costs 200 and the camera is at a minimum 300.

i got a 5mp and it can be used for underwater pics for 1200 cnd.
