Saltwater Fish - few corals to sell?

Hi gang. This is a question for experienced reef shoppers here.
It looks like Saltwaterfish.com has well over 100 corals that have been for sale at some time, but there are only about 25 they actually have for sale now. If you ignore the common zoos, shrooms, and star polyps it's probably closer 8 or 10 of 110 possible. Did I just pick a bad time to shop, or is this fairly representative - with all the interesting stuff being just "wish list"? How frequently does "wish list" materialize?

if u look in the eye it and buy it section they have more corals. but i far as i seen they really never have the whole list full. i dont think i saw half even??? ive been on this site for about 7months now. but they do have some nice ones u just have to keep looking.
