saltwater sharks

Hi NoFly45- What size tank did you have when you had your shark? What's the better breed of shark to start out with-white tail or smooth hound? How many sharks did you have? I appreciate you helping me out.

Welcome to the forum Ryan. First off sharks are a big commitment and more expensive than the typical saltwater tanks. Some of the small sharks that you could get would be a Coral Cat Shark which is the smallest, and a Banded cat shark. The banded gets a bit bigger. You can keep them in an 180gal for a few years but then most put them in a pool or pond. You could also build a bigger tank for them.
