Saltwaterfish.com Shipping?

I placed a fish, invert & coral order last wendsday, but I have not heard any news wether my order was shipping out. Does anybody have any history with orders through saltwaterfish.com? How did they go? What did you order? Thanks

Mine went great, I ordered live sand and they were very fast at shipping it, and sending me a tracking number. I am sure that they are busy or something. Have you tried emailing them?

I've ordered a cleanup crew and was given good service. As with chrisareston I was given a tracking number. If they were going to process the order on Thursday they would have held it over to today because of the Saturday delivery.

They've been busy lately, and it takes a few days for an order to go out. About a month or so, I placed an order on a Tuesday, and didn't receive my package until the following Wednesday, but everything in the package was great! I was concerned as you are when I didn't receive the order by Friday of the week that I placed the order, but SWF was quick in responding to my email inquiry concerning the status of my shipment. Enjoy your new creatures!
