So after looking at tons of saltwater fish web sites and getting tired of my very limited local service here in Michigan for my tank I decided that I would place my first online order and make it with saltwaterfish.com. Out of all the web sites I have looked at these guys seem to be the best. Their web site says alot about that as it is well designed and they allow people to comment.
So I placed a $200.00 order which is a ton of money for me. I asked that it be here on 12/11/2008 and I can't wait.
I am just wondering how everyone else feels about online ordering of items good or bad?

i order all mt livestock online and never recieved a sick fish.

I, personally, have never ordered here, nor anywhere online, but I only hear good things about swf. They, IMO, are the safest way to go online

make sure you acclimate them like they say cause the ship at differant salinity for health of the fish

same here. but im sure if i ever do need to order some thing online this would be my first choice.

I've placed about 15 orders with swf.com with only a very select few DOA's. There are other good online distributors that I have dealt with in the past, but I only use them if swf doesn't have something that I'm looking for.

I have placed one order myself and split two with my neigbor. Everything has been healthy except two naso tangs and a powder blue tang. Those were the only tangs I ordered. One time I oredered a $1 neon goby that was only about 1/2" long. My flamehawk ate him before he got to the rocks. They good thing is they have a good guarantee.
